What is PDCA?
PDCA is a well-known acronym which stands for: Plan, Do, Check, Act. Made famous by Dr. W. Edwards Deming, who first defined this cyclic, four step, problem management process, which can now be found as the corner-stone of the ISO/IEC 27001 Information Security Management System standard and other quality-centered standards and methodologies.
