What is PDCA Security™?
PDCA is a well-known acronym which stands for: Plan, Do, Check, Act. Made famous by Dr. W. Edwards Deming, who first defined this cyclic, four step, problem management process, which can now be found as the corner-stone of the ISO/IEC 27001 Information Security Management System standard and other quality-centered standards and methodologies.
PDCA Security™ wants to bring to its customers this concept of information security as a continual, well-thought of process, which can not only greatly improve an organization's security posture, but can also improve its business by providing assurance to its own customers and partners regarding the quality of the organization's methodology twards information security, thus improving business trust and revenue generation maximization as a result of that increased trust.
